Hi, I'm Lei Li (李磊).

I will begin my role as an Assistant Professor at the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, this summer. I earned my Ph.D. and subsequently served as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow under the supervision of Prof. Li Chen at Hong Kong Baptist University. During my academic journey, I also had the opportunity to establish a long-term collaboration with Dr. Yongfeng Zhang at Rutgers University.

My Ph.D. research focused on explainable recommendation utilizing natural language generation, resulting in several representative publications. With the recent trend of integrating large language models into recommender systems, I have developed a keen interest in addressing their trustworthy aspects, such as explainability, interpretability, security and fairness.
